Notting Hill is a story about William Thacker, played by Hugh Grant who fell in love with a worldwide famous actress Anna Scott, played by Julia Roberts. The story started with Anna casually visiting a travel bookstore owned by William down at the Notting Hill area, then one thing led to another. The famous line quoted from Anna is close to everyone's heart even after 2 decades, 'I'm also just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.' So, romantic!

Coming of age themed movie is another alternative for a night in with girlfriends while securing your body in a nice and warm comforter with a huge bowl of popcorns in your lap. 10 Things I Hate About You is a perfect movie for both waves of laughter and tears as the story started in a way that could entertain you with classic old jokes then closing it with tears rolling down your cheeks uncontrollably. This one tells you about Kat Stratford, played by Julia Stiles who was charmed and fooled by Patrick Verona, played by Heath Ledger who pulled strings on her as he was paid for. The ending where Kat read her poems about Patrick in front of the class will always manage to tear your walls down and cry.

This movie starring John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale brings everyone to a belief that if two people are meant to be together, no matter how far apart they are or how strange the first encounter is, fate will bring them back together. This chick flick romance movie tells a story of a British woman, Sara Thomas played by Kate Beckingsale and a New Yorker Jonathan Trager played by John Cusack who met each other after having to argue over a pair of gloves for a Christmas gift. After a night of knowing each other, they went separate ways and continued their life before the universe gave them signs that they needed to find each other.

Mr. Darcy's hand flex will remain close in our hearts. This Jane Austen piece of work is a story about Elizabeth Bennet-played by Keira Knightley-who was pressured by her mother to hold out her hand into marriage with some wealthy and reputable husband. Her spirit to find a proud husband later got disrupted by cold and distant Mr. Darcy who just moved closer to her area. Both couldn't deny that sparks flew between them, but Mr. Darcy held a high pride in marrying someone who didn't come from the same class. So, get yourself a box of tissue since classic romance movies will always make you bail your eyes out!
