Fashion's biggest night--the Met Gala 2024-may be over, but the party was just about to start when the attendees left the red carpet. Going back to their hotel room just to change their whole attire and look for the afterparty resulted in looks that are sometimes as iconic as those in the gala itself. They may have dressed in theme for the early occasion, but the Met Gala after party was all about that glittery and funkier looks to spend the rest of the night with.
Best Afterparty Looks Met Gala 2024
So, here are some names of the best dressed for the Met Gala afterparty.

Why bother going to an afterparty with one outfit when you can pull off two for the same occasion? Jenner chose to wear two looks for the afterparty which were handpicked by her stylist Dani Michelle. She wore an archival high-low dress piece from Givenchy's spring 1997 haute couture collection by Alexander McQueen. She also pulled out another look which was a sheer Vivienne Westwood corset minidress in the same color. She nailed the hell out of them!

She did not stun us once, after her outfit change at the red carpet, she changed into her third outfit while hosting the event along with Chris Hemsworth. Did she stop there? Of course not, she changed into her last outfit-which was her fourth one-for the afterparty wearing a draped steel-blue halter dress with jeweled neck-piece from Loewe by Jonathan Anderson. Anybody please give her a trophy 'cause she definitely won this year's Met Gala.

After giving out an electric blue blue mini-dress by Alaia on the red carpet, the main rapper of the South Korea super girl-group BLACKPINK showed up at the hotel wearing an equally bold but less revealing black dress. With silver details on every inch of her black halter neck black dress, she layered the whole look with a fur dramatic fur jacket in the same color.

The Canadian fashion model turned heads at the Met Gala afterparty. She looked nothing but sensational in her magenta pink chiffon gown with criss-cross design and dramatic sleeves with a mermaid tail at the bottom. She opted for a pair of droplet earrings and dramatic winged eyeliner for the whole look.

Her red carpet act in a full glam blue Swarovski jumpsuit and glimmering eye makeup was such a showstopper. However, she stunned us one more time with her afterparty fit-two matching shimmering mini pieces and matching heavy jewelry. She embodied disco ball with this look and there was no way everyone could look away from such an amazing sight. The South Sudanese-American fashion model seemed to find it hard to disappoint us even once. You go, girl!
